Patty Griffin is an American singer-songwriter, musician and Grammy award nominee. In 2007 she received the awards of “Artist of the Year” and “Album of the Year”. Griffin’s songs have been cut by Linda Ronstadt, Dixie Chicks, Bette Midler, Emmylou Harris, Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert, and Kelly Clarkson. She appeared in “Smallville”, the movie “Elizabethtown”, and many others.
